The enquiry journeys

The enquiry journeys for SmartStores Richlands, Eagle Farm and Citiswich, and the coming soon journeys for AERA and ARLO, plus the project pages and brochures they send people to. The SmartStores board is the fourth pass with your notes of 13 October in. The two coming soon journeys are on this link for the first time. Each board shows every email in order with its subject line, timing and the button it carries, and there is a note box under every email and text for anything you would change.

The journeys

SmartStoresRichlands · Eagle Farm · Citiswich

18 emails

All three estates, six emails each. The three journeys run the same shape and diverge on the estate facts, so they are on one board to be read side by side.

The coming soon journeys

AERA BulimbaComing soon

5 emails · 2 texts + register page

59 Taylor Street. Built to run before there is anything to show: it gathers the list and each registrant’s brief now, and the launch email goes out already sorted. No dates, pricing or renders anywhere in it. Every email opens on its own loop cut from Ken’s Brisbane footage, the same footage as the ads, a different scene on each.

ARLO BurleighComing soon

5 emails · 2 texts + register page

40 Kortum Drive. Same shape as AERA, in ARLO’s register. Every email opens on its own loop cut from the ads footage, a different scene on each. The register page carries the sunrise and the location map rather than a render, so nothing waits on the final render sign off.

The brochures

The designed project brochures, as they sit in the LOVR Drive today. Each one opens as the designed book, page by page, with the PDF to download from the top of it.

SmartStores @Richlands

Project page

664 Boundary Road. Forty workstores, completion weeks away. Carries the location map, the ground and mezzanine masterplans, the unit mix and the precinct, and now opens the interactive information memorandum beside the brochure.

SmartStores @Eagle Farm

Project page

344 Fison Avenue East. Sixteen workstores, under construction, completion expected in the first quarter of 2027. No remaining count printed anywhere, the unit mix is published without the price list, and the interactive information memorandum now opens beside the brochure.

SmartStores @Citiswich

Project page

183 Hume Drive, Bundamba. Fifty workstores, complete. Every image on the page and through the journey is now the completion photography, not a render.

Where this is up to

What is new on this link, 20 October. Every email on both coming soon journeys now opens on its own short loop cut from the ads footage, Burleigh for ARLO and Brisbane for AERA, a different scene on each, so the emails and the ads read as one set. The register pages carry a loop too. Your two notes of 19 October are in: the second text and the register form on both journeys now ask for the space wanted in your brackets.

The pass before, 19 October. The AERA and ARLO coming soon journeys are on the link for the first time, each with a note box under every email and text. AERA has no photography yet, so its emails carry a brand panel where the image will sit. ARLO uses the current render set, and both swap to the final imagery in one pass when it lands. The register pages are the pages the coming soon ads send people to. Nothing sends until you say the journeys are right.

What changed in the pass before, 14 October. Your three notes from the boxes are in: the text message now reads thank you for your enquiry, the standard we build to now says MAKR looks at more than a hundred sites before choosing one and builds only on the best of them, with twenty plus years behind every call and the buyer benefiting from that rigour, and the path email now reads what your business wants, or what your investment strategy is. The interactive information memoranda for Richlands and Eagle Farm are linked in the brand story email and on both estate pages. And there is a new sixth email at day five on every estate, The smart money is moving to commercial, built from your draft: the tax position, the income, why industrial, closing on an enquiry. The Citiswich journey carries it too, with Citiswich wording.

The pass before, 10 September. The brochure pages were the main note and they have been rebuilt: each one now carries where the estate sits with the real distance table, the masterplan where one exists, the unit mix and size range as a proper table, and the precinct in detail. Pricing and the individual unit floor plans are the only two things held back, and the page now says why. The blanket built to be held line is gone, replaced with holding as proof of the build standard. No remaining count is printed anywhere. The same day callback promise has been softened to a personal callback until you tell us the cover is there. Citiswich leads on being finished and uses the June completion photography throughout. Richlands leads on completion being weeks away rather than years.
